Let’s say that you or someone in your group has a food allergy, orders from his or her spouse to lose weight, or simply doesn’t like onions. No problem, The Boat Chef can accommodate special requests.
If you have a favorite dish you’d like for your cruise or to see available on The Boat Chef’s menu, let us know. If it’s possible to produce in the boiler pouch format we’ll consider adding it to our selection. Just go to the “feedback” selection on this site and send it in. We aim to please.
Catering by Land & Sea
We cater to groups large or small. Whether it's a business function, a wedding or an intimate dinner party in your home or on your boat, the Boat Chef does it all. There is no consultation fee and menus are created individually for each occasion. Call or email us for a quote on your next party.

The Boat Chef has traveled the world cooking on yachts for several years. Wendy is very experienced in planning and provisioning for charters as well as personal cruising. The Boat Chef has access to the best specialty meats, cheeses and produce as well as every day items at wholesale prices.
