Wendy’s known for her adventurous nature. Her many daring deeds include climbing to the base camp of Mount Everest, exploring the jungles of Central America and over 200 dives in oceans all over the world.

Her love for sailing started while living in Alaska. After experiencing the pristine beauty of Prince William Sound on a small sailboat, she was hooked. Wendy now single-hands her own sailboat around the coast of British Columbia.

After spending several years working off shore as a chef in the yacht charter industry, Wendy is now ready to offer her experience and talent locally.

She has settled in beautiful Pender Harbour, known to the local yachting community and our friends south of the border as the kicking off point to one of the most popular cruising areas in the world, Desolation Sound.

Wendy has very meticulously designed new dishes and modified her favorite recipes to adapt to the convenient, efficient and cost effective boiler bag format.

Every dish is personally prepared and packaged by her or under her close supervision.
